"JCC Design came into our store and turned our slow manual procedures into quick computerized processes. We now have all our Inventory Sheets, Daily Receipts, Department Summaries, Over/Short Reports, and Credit Card & Check Summaries in Excel with running totals. Our Accounts Payable is now set up in QuickBooks with easy look-up for invoices and summaries of store expenses. We have computerized all our Human Resource forms and documents for accurate records and trouble-free retrieval. Our organization and effectiveness increased 90% with these changes.
JCC Design spent time listening to what we needed and then showed us how to make the best use of our new computers. Besides automating our store, they worked individually with each manager or owner until everyone knew how to use their email, or forms and documents correctly.
